Today on 18 June 2026, the University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica hosted the delivery of Module 6: Developing Quality Learning within the Erasmus+ CBHE project LEADALKO – Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo.

The training brought together academic and administrative staff from partner institutions to explore key dimensions of quality enhancement in higher education. The module addressed topics including the alignment of institutional strategies with European standards for quality learning, curriculum reform and pedagogical excellence, systemic assessment and internal quality assurance, and the role of leadership and institutional culture in sustaining quality learning environments.

Through interactive discussions and practical insights, participants examined contemporary approaches to improving teaching and learning processes and strengthening institutional capacity for continuous quality enhancement.

The activity forms part of the LEADALKO Leadership Development Programme, which aims to strengthen leadership competencies and support the modernization of higher education institutions across Albania and Kosovo.
