Within the framework of the QA-Sure project, one of the main goals is to strengthen cooperation, increase quality assurance and internationalization between consortium members and EU partners. To achieve this goal, UIBM has signed cooperation agreements with: Western Balkans University (Albania), Polis University (Albania), Luarasi University (Albania), Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM), South East European University (North Macedonia) and International School for Social and Business Studies (Slovenia).

Through these memorandums of cooperation, the Institutions agree to cooperate in the following areas:

• Exchange of knowledge and best practices related to internal quality assurance and enhancement.
• Participation in joint training activities, peer learning events, and study visits within the QA SURE framework.
• Organization and participation in joint dissemination events such as round tables, workshops, or conferences.
• Joint efforts in future Erasmus+ and Horizon project proposals related to quality assurance and in other fields of common academic interest in higher education.

For this purpose, on 24.06.2025, the coordinators of the QA-Sure project from the partner universities together with the UIBM project coordinator Prof.assoc.dr. Merita Shala were received at UIBM by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Projects Prof.assoc.dr. Edita Bekteshi and Mr. Abdullah Sadiku, Senior Officer for Projects and Programs. The meeting also discussed the possibilities of collaboration for future projects.
