Our University is pleased to announce that Faculty of Law professor,  Prof.ass.dr.Zahir Çerkini has been awarded the prestigious international SHER Fellowships Post-Doc Grant, granted by OeAD – Austria’s Agency for Education and Internationalisation.

This scholarship enables Dr. Çerkini to undertake a research stay at the University of Graz, Austria, from June 20 to July 19, 2026. His research project, titled “The Constitutional Position of EU Law in Kosovo: A Multilevel Constitutionalism Analysis”, addresses important issues related to constitutional law and European integration.

The SHER Fellowships programme supports outstanding researchers from various countries, fostering international academic cooperation and the advancement of scientific research.

This achievement represents an important milestone for Dr. Çerkini and contributes to enhancing the international visibility of our University.
